Every 17th July in Clerkenwell the Italian community celebrates the procession in honor of our lady of mount carmel, which starts from St Peter’s church in Clerkenwell Road with big statues and images of the saint.
Alongside the religious event, the Italian community also celebrates that day its Italo-British identity and its culture, with stands selling all sorts of typical italian food and wine.
